Fabric squares for a client

Designed these for a client. Their plan is to put them in the middle of a round table and use them as a small runner and place their flowers on top. I can't wait to see how they style their tables.

I've been experimenting with the fabric. I really want that soft, worn in look. So I washed it. Here is the before and after.

Alison Events holiday card

The amazing Alison Events asked me to make their 2009 holiday card. So exciting! I designed the image and printed it on fabric and then sewed it to chipboard.

Not the best pic but you get the gist ...

Custom fabric, custom tote

George, my good friend commissioned me to design a pattern & custom tote bag for his partner Pete. Here they are looking so dapper. Pete is carrying the tote. I also monogrammed it.

Thanks George for sending the pic.

HI!
My name is Jen Garrido. Jenny Pennywood is my custom design business name. On this blog I will be posting recent images of completed wedding and event projects, new patterns I have designed, and other custom design stuff. I think I will be also posting inspirations - but still not sure yet about that. I have set a goal that 2010 is the year I am going to build my Jenny Pennywood portfolio. So here is one of my first clients. They are an amazing couple and it has been a total joy to work with them. here is their finished invite. We had it printed on 400lb watercolor paper. Looks like a real watercolor drawing ... I also did the hand lettering and all of the drawings ... I am really happy with it. They are too. Soon I will have images of the other stuff they are having me do: notepad favors, escort cards, thank you cards and custom fabric for the tables. Lindsay and Dan heart triangles ... that was the inspiration for their paper goods.
Thanks!!
